About Me

I began my training in the formal study of philosophy and theology at Heythrop College, University of London.  I launched my first business at 23, and at 25 I opened an organic coffee shop, therapy centre, community space and centre for yoga and martial arts.  More than 20 therapists of different types worked there, and I was able to learn from them all. Following this, I worked for Embercombe for 5 years, a world-renowned centre for leadership development, personal development and nature connection.  When I left Embercombe I was a lead coach on one of their most difficult and advanced programmes.

Alongside my coaching work, I have studied business, marketing and leadership, a wide range of philosophical, spiritual and mythological traditions (primarily sufism and shamanism) and explored the latest research in psychology and personal development.

I have been a coach for the past 10 years, and for 10 years before that I was in training.  I have supported and inspired hundreds of people to wake up to their full potential.  My clients have launched businesses, taken big strides in their careers, found love, ended toxic relationships, build friend groups, found belonging.  Others have addressed fears and doubts, or expanded their confidence and self esteem and found themselves able to do things they never thought they could.

I learn from every one of my clients, and every day continues to be a school day.
