GETTING STARTED

  1. Book a free 20 minute consultation call, or contact me to introduce yourself and ask any questions you might have.
    We’ll agree on a date and time, and then begin with a single session. You can find all my prices further down this page.

  2. I'll send you an email with all the information you need, plus two online forms which you'll use to tell me about your current life situation and what you would like to change. This will take you at least 30 minutes - please don’t rush it. The more information you give me, the better.
    I'll need to receive this information at least 24 hours before we meet.

  3. After that first session, you will know if my coaching is right for you. Most of my clients book in for one of the packages below, which are all paid in advance.

Where do we meet?

Online

I offer coaching over video calls. The calls are recorded so you can re-watch our conversation and pick up on things that seemed particularly helpful. The link for the call is in your confirmation emial.

In person

If you’re in the Brighton area, I offer in-person coaching in a beautiful, purpose-made room at Brighton Physiotherapy & Sports Therapy.

Please note: I am currently away and not offering in-person coaching.

I offer two tiers of coaching:

Standard tier coaching

The standard tier is appropriate for most people - these are my default packages and prices.

Higher tier coaching

A new offering for people who are already at the top of their fields, who need a different kind of support and insight.
