I’ve launched a substack!

I’ve written a handful of books about personal development and practical philosophy, and I’m so touched whenever someone reaches out to tell me about their experience of reading them. As much as I love my coaching work, I can’t coach everybody, and often there’s just a core set of lessons, questions and psycho-education that can radically reshape someone’s life without them needing a single coaching call with me. My books do that, and they do it well.

Now, I’ve begun work on a new book. It’s going to speak to the unique challenges of this time of being alive. How do we stay healthy and whole, and how do we live with grace and presence, in a time when so much is spinning out of control and the future looks so uncertain?

For me, this is a huge challenge. The layers of complexity in this subject are hard to sift through, and I want to write something that really touches my reader. It ain’t gonna be a quick write!

I also want to develop it, and explore the core topics, out loud. I don’t want to sit behind my laptop for a couple of years, I want to bring people with me on this journey.

So, I’ve made a substack and started writing articles! I’d love it if you gave me a follow, and perhaps some feedback on the words you’re reading…
